Hi,
We presently use some features of Microsoft Outlook for Contact Management but find the need to have a separate software just for that purpose.
Wonder what my colleages at other agencies are using, for how long, and what would you say about your experience as a user, productivity improvement, etc. Do you have remote users using the database. And what platform you run it on.

We use Now Up-To-Date for our calendars and Now Contact for contact management. They both work well, though there are some features on Outlook that I prefer over NUTD.

Currently use UPSHOT but are moving forward with a Oracle CRM system that will be implemented in 2005. UPSHOT is a decent system that also allows you to setup E Marketing Campaigns...
