How do other agencies use Clients & Profits to provide a view of overall agency work to do (in a visual vs. verbal or report style format) for a range of dates (a month, a week, etc.) so that we can see whether multiple people have multiple tasks due in the same time period. The goal is to schedule work load and work flow (i.e., not have three people all having fourteen things due on the same day) and use the chart as a visual reference.

I am interested in that question too. Our traffic manager has a tough time using C&P.

There's a tool built into Clients & Profits that tells you who is scheduled for what tasks on which days. The pop-up Calendar, part of the Job Schedule window, lists jobs, tasks, and resources (i.e., staffers) assigned to tasks that day. If you use the schedule to assign tasks to staffers, the pop-up calendar should help you get the information you need. The Work to Do report, which can be run for a date range and sorted by staffer, would also be helpful. You'll find it under Snapshots > Production > Schedules/Work to Do.
