Got something to say about Clients & Profits?
If you think you've found a bug, or have a terrific idea for something new, or just want to send us a general comment about the software, we want to hear about it. Your feedback matters, so use this form to let yourself be heard.

How to track bug reports and wish list requests

If you click the "keep me up-to-date" checkbox (see below), you will be notified via e-mail when your request has been verified and assigned to a member of the Clients & Profits R&D team for review. Your request will get a tracking number that you can use to follow-up with the issue's status. And you will also be notified automatically once your request is resolved (either fixed, added as an enhancement, detemined to be a known limitation, etc.).






For easier tracking, please don't combine multiple bugs/wishes. Instead, please submit each one separately.

Due to the volume of requests we receive, we unfortunately can't commit to a time frame for a resolution to any kind of request.
